What is Fymestore’s Return
and Replacement Policy?
The product can be returned or exchanged in the following cases only:
- New products can only be returned if the product is damaged
- Used products can be returned in 7 days if it’s not as mentioned or the products has been repaired.
- make sure to record a video of package while receiving and unboxing it.
Can I return the product to Fymestore if I don’t like it?
You can only return the product if it is faulty.
How long would it take me to receive the refund/replacement of the returned product?
It can take 5 to 7 working days for a refund or replacement.
Does Fymestore pick up the product I want to return from my location?
For return pick up a CN will be shared with you via email and you will be requested to visit your nearest courier office to return the product.
Why has my return request been declined?
Your return request would have been declined for the following reasons:
1. No videos of the package opening or unboxing
2. Issue not reported within 1 day, in case of package damages.
3. Issue is not valid for return
